Superstitions On the Horizon

For our first big adventure of 2023 we made our way to King of the Hammers breathing in the dust of Hammertown for over a week, from there we headed east into AZ to meet up with existing friends and to make some new friends. Plenty of laughter and hanging out around the campfire.

Thank you! It is just a standard InReach device. Will be interesting to see how long they stay relevant though as Apple is starting to bake similar functionality into their latest phones.

Been following you for a long time now ever since that Alaska trip video. I noticed your work is mentioned very very very frequently and seems to drive most of your schedule. You HAVE TO do at least an episode or a segment talking about what you do for a living and how you make it work remote on the road like this.

Yeah during the week work pretty much sets the tone. The nice thing is with Starlink we are pretty much free to set up anywhere we want not having to worry about if we have cell signal or not. That has made it a lot easier to camp out in some nice remote areas at times seeing no one else the entire time. In one of our videos a while back I did talk a bit about what I do but not in great detail. I'm a software dev which fits nicely into being able to work remotely.

amazing you are still going with youtube. I lost you guys since you left VA. btw are you doing any other work like space, I might heard you or someone else with similar voice on phone.

Thanks for finding us again. Yeah we are still out here sharing here and there on KZbin. Miss our friends and family in VA but the camping opportunities in the west are so much better and we love that too. And no apart from my regular job as a software dev not doing any other work.
