Peppino discovers the transformation giver mod and is able to supertaunt to stund enemies when ever he wants, this can also interfear with space and time, making bossfights skip time (like vigilante and pizzaface) how it can backfire with fake peppino since if you supertaunt in his bossfight, it can creat immense wall breaks of space, thus crashing your game, so peppino has to be wise about using his supertaunts carefully while destroying the pizza tower.

What i think is that the playable peppino (the one on the ground) and cutscene peppino (the one in the air) are separate. Once pizzahead is defeated CS (or cutscene) Peppino spawns while PL (or player) peppino despawns. In this case, playable peppino does not despawn and is able to freely move around during the cutscene. (Feel free to nerd emoji me if you want!)
