"Actually it's 10 reps and lower. In the beginning of the bodybuilding what we try and do is build. You're not going to build by doing repetitions; that's tightening you up more. A lot of the things he explains in this video is very similar to what my dad taught me when I first started lifting. I think these things can only be learn't from people who has a lot of experience through trial and error. My dad's been lifting for over 30 years, he is 58 and his physique is much better than mine, I've only been lifting just under 2 years.

The quality of information in this video it's just on a whole another level. "You're not gonna build by doing repetitions, that's gonna thighten you up more. " *proceeds to recommend 8-10 rep sets * fuck are those, if not repetitions? Anyhow, take notes , guys - you gotta do those high rep sets to get the cuts in the muscles.

Charles "Yoda of weight training" Glass- Charles has Stephen Hawkins knowledge of how to train. As Stephen is to physics, Charles is to weight lifting. The man's knowledge is immense and all the weight training certification courses online or brick/mortar school; Charles can teach at any level of these courses. One of the great trainers, I look at him like Micky in Rocky 1,2,3, as a great motivator, coach an dtrainer of champions. Your one in a million Charles, and definitely have an honors PHD. in how to lift, train, bodybuild, powerlift and strength train...Keep- a- going Charles! I hope you pass your knowledge on, Master Glass:).
