Awesome video, per usual. If I’m applying a semi-transparent sealer/stain to a deck railing that’s a few years old and has never been stained or painted before, do I need to sand it first? Thanks!

I have 10 ft tall walls with 1 inch primed trim frames going up 8 ft which I need to paint. I will use single color for both trim and wall. There is lot of trim to be painted - walls, stairs, hallways. Is there a faster and cleaner way to paint both trim and wall? It will be great if you can make a video on painting trim/panels/wainscotting. Thanks!

I have to thank you for this comment. I went back to look at the invoice to answer your question, and I realized that I haven’t invoiced this job! The door staining and polyurethaning is about $875.
