I know people are saying Zemo's superstrength super glue (ultraglue?) is kind of a lame superpower, but think about the applications! This guy made a permanent, totally undissolvable and (amazingly) non-toxic adhesive that will bind to, well, pretty much anything. You could potentially make ocean liners out of nothing but sheet metal and Adhesive X. You could coat glass with it and make it Hulk-Punch proof. Hell, since physics in comic-book land are ridiculous, you could probably use that stuff to glue PLANETS back together. Man, glue is such an underrated superpower.

In Cap 3 instead of the Avengers and Jarvis( who's not even a living person in the movies) being injured in Avengers Mansion like in Avengers: Under Siege you can have Baron Zemo, Crossbones, Madame Hydra, Batroc The Leaper, Bucky a.k.a. The Winter Soldier, Baron Von Strucker, M.O.D.O.K., and The Abomination attacking Captain America, The Falcon, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, The Vision, and Sharon Carter a.k.a. Agent 13 at Stark Tower while Tony and Pepper are on vacation or something since RDJ only signed on for Avengers 2 and 3. Would be awesome!

The one in Civil War sounds a lot less silly and more fitting to what the villainous motivations and attributes the youngest Zemo possess: -Hates Captain America for his existence -Military Experience -Planning that rivals the Joker Yet still open to what fully develops for Zemo (his father might have been a global event conspirator, liquid kills his face, the family is dead, and purple mask) in the future. It would be badass if he wore the mask of his dead father.
