True he does an exceptional task that deserves recognition except for the issue of the jurisdictional claim of control. The supreme court has control ( jurisdiction), in private matters inside of its Corporate procedural proceedings of its private contract(s) with those who believe a benefit would be of use; But does not have jurisdiction over a man who created the corporation for his benefit. Can a man give , make up , create a right to a construct of his mind ? A man raises attack dogs , breeds them , feeds them, trains them , do the dogs have a right to attack anyone? Does the trainer of the dogs have a right to command the dogs to attack anyone ? If anyone believes yes then a group of men can militarize themselves and one can order another man to rob somebody and no one can be held accountable because the attacker claims it's an order, for profits he gains and it's justified because it's his job , the one that orders the attack claims he's not liable because the other guy did the attack because it's justified. Look familiar ? Anyone then can group together, walk down the street, spot an individual with something of value, and order a buddy from the group to seize that of value, and because we are more in numbers we have the right to steal his property. Until a larger group takes back what was taken !

I don’t believe in directly shaming people for their physical attributes, their level of education, or general cognitive ability -but this situation begs a rational question. What purpose does that first woman serve as a security agent? She doesn’t seem particularly physically capable, nor does she seem knowledgeable on any matters related to security. Do people like this just get hired as a pair of eyes? If so, It would surely be cheaper and more effective to install cameras which could be monitored by someone who’s more competent in these matters like Mr. Brown. I’m glad this situation took place and that a respectable member of the auditing community was on site that day. This was a great opportunity to educate several members of the public on the civil rights related to these circumstances. I would bet that Mr. Brown’s office took this a step further by releasing a company memo since this situation involved so many of his work peers, and quickly could have grown into a liability for their employer given the actions of first aggressor. It was nice seeing this video today, especially Mr. Browns presence. As a southerner, it’s unfortunate and far too often that anyone with our accent gets mistaken as ignorant, but Mr. Brown articulated a considerable understanding of the legal landscape related to this situation. He also expressed his concern for the general publics lack of understanding in these matters, and my hats off to him today.

Most of these folks don't realize that they have been on several cameras for, most likely, a large part of their entire journey to that location. There are so many surveillance cameras, traffic cams, ring cams, cell phones, etc that it's nearly impossible to not showing up on multiple recordings from various devices. Most of which will end up erased in 48 hours because they are there to record critical events IF they happen, not keep a record of daily life.

If you have any tag numbers what information can the general public do with it eg can they obtain the vehicle owners name, address or other personal information? This comes up all the time on these audits. People feel the auditor is a creep so suddenly they want something that happens all day every day to stop because of their feelings toward the person filming/taking photos. Cameras are all all over society. In addition to government and private security cameras how often are people in the backdrop of cell phone photos and videos? Each of those people who complain probably have been filmed hundreds of times in a single day at a place like Disney Land.

@@Vadeemers While you're obviously right, it's no surprise that someone who is literally attempting to trigger people by mysteriously documenting them personally ends up triggering those people. i have mixed feelings on audits like this, sure it's within his rights, and if he was actually making a documentary or really doing anything besides attempting to rile these people up, then it'd be much easier to defend him. all this ends up accomplishing is educating employees on a one-off situation that would never even occur outside of this exact scenario - a scenario where someone is filming for triggering purposes. this feels like less of a "win" for personal civil freedoms and more of a ego-fueled "told ya so" opportunity for the auditor.

In some cases having someone so openly recording the times of access, volume of cars, patrols of Security, property, and employees can lead to suspicion of "casing" or "stalking". It's reasonable to have an security officer sent out to question and document such individuals, but this situation clearly wasn't handled professionally.

The fact that you could repeatedly say "Mr Pepperoni" with a straight face is amazing to me.

A dude with a camera was once recording outside a former place of employment. A couple team members asked me, so I asked one of the security bosses about him and her response was basically, "Yeah, he's one of those internet dipsticks. He can't get past the gate, so just don't give him anything to react over and he'll move along."

I'm glad you and 21 other people think our rights are shit and the people that choose to exercise them are dip shits. But yet, the facility you worked at probably had what; around 200 cameras at the facility?

WOW! I am gob smacked with how good Robert Brown was in this situation. Seems like a vary informed and calm person, the exact person you want in a place of power. Can speak calmly, and even apologized when in my opinion, he did not need to be the one to apologies. Awesome work on his part, then even waiting for the cops to explain the situation, i mean, that is just badass. Good on him.
