Oh, dear God! I just couldn't take smile off my face from the first 'till the last minute! I'm speechless - to witness something so big and spectacular, to have a chance to walk with U2 while they're singing on a flatbed truck... Only these four magnificent guys can do that! God bless them always! I'm so happy for everyone who was there!

My friend and I went to this show, it was awesome. I called out sick to work just so I could go. Still have my own videos from this show.

I was on a round the world trip and just so happened to be wandering around Brooklyn after crossing the bridge. I see a stage being set up and just got through the entrance one of the last they let in. Absolutely magic times.

When I hear the song beautiful day I think of this event! Maybe one day they'll come to queens, right near brooklyn, that's where I live. Whose idea was it for them to come and play for everyone for free? Not only are they musical gods ..... they are also giving of their time and energy to play for the masses for free..... They also played in the NYC subway system and some of the people didn't know who the hell they were..... Another beautiful day! I hope they continue their tradition of surprising people with free concerts for the people! Showing up and playing randomly there are otherworldly heavenly sounds

Unreal! Whoever thought up this "event" to promote the album was a genius. Saw this years ago but so enjoyed it again. PS Thanks for downloading this.

The Rolling Stones “thought up this event”! In 1975 the Stones were on Fifth Avenue performing on a flatbed truck to promote their upcoming tour. kzbin.info/www/bejne/moi2dImijbKCnLs

The first time I saw this video the first thought I had was that if you were in the city that day and you went to see them - it would have been the best cherry on top of the desert if you actually lost your job cause you skipped on work. It can ONLY be a blessing to lose your job working for such a shitty place.

I always loved Bono's little rap during "All Because of You" - especially being born & raised in Brooklyn. It sounds so great, but does anyone know what he says?
