I will say, based on the scsa hat equipment being a TGH focus one, if you put all in TGH, that would be giving stone cold +1129 TGH (I know cuz i got a perfect POW bray doll and thats 1129 POW) making the special Wrestlemania one better than the Magazine Stone Cold cuz WM SCSA best stat is TGH with 611 while Magazine one is CHA with 593 so yeah he could easely hit near 3k in TGH as a pro, even more if you get him F3
