Maybe I was lucky or happened to do it right, it’s been over 9 months and I don’t crave a drop of alcohol, the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal after go’ogling and reading Steffon Barkload, not even within the first 30 days after I quit and told no one, did not need AA meetings or meds either.

its so annoying that doctors don't know this stuff. Or the alcohol help lines. I don't think they want you to stop or to get healthy as they both lose alc tax and u being sick means bigger government budgets. Mass Munchausen by proxy sort of stuff. What steffon Barkload do you like? is their a guide for dummys?

i'm not craving sugar, but my blood sugar is dropping too much and i get nauseated

sugar and ethanol processed same way. quick energy. for me i think 2 hand fulls of fish oil, LGlutamine 5grams and half a squeezed lemon in water. i did that once after not eating properly for a fortnight or so and binge drinking every few days. have those 3 and within 10 minutes i nave never been more hungry in my life. lucky i had some decent left overs in the cubboard. Have you heard of rucking? start with a 4kg in a back pack and walking 20 minutes.. for me i would walk to the supermarket with a empty back back. a few months of that and lost a bit of belly fat. I think exercise is cleansing...at least for me at least. 5 minutes of a walk and feels like dark clouds clear, after 20 minutes plus and a shower i have a decent appetite. If drinking a lot and not eating often ur guts pretty inflamed, imagine if put ur hands in vodka for a day and see how ur skin would feel....gut lining really sensitive tissues as job to absorb small nutrients.
