I have an important question. Three years ago two small cysts were discoveref in my left kidney(during a ultrasound for another medical reason). The doctors assured me there was nothing to be concerned about and that I can live a normal life. However they probably were not thinking about creatine supplementation. So my question to you is do you think it's safe for me to supplement with creatine everyday?

I am cheap, so I just use healthy foods, coffee, a pinch of pink sea salt in my water, etc...(And a Pixie Stick if I need a quick fuel.)

Creatine is very cheap, 500 grams for $25 bucks gives one 100 days @ grams.

Are there any longer term stufies to determine whether a 1% performance increase for a discreet activity translate into a 1% increase in adaptaion? Compounding adaptaion over time would definately be worth it frorn me in some respects.

I’d love to see you make a video on if taking a lot of supplements is bad for your liver or kidneys. that was the number one thing my mother always nagged me about when trying to take creatine, protein, or pre workout, was that I was gonna have to have a kidney replacement in the future lol.

ZacPloskiFitnessFan One of my concerns. We assume things that are sold are safe. Ibuprofen...
@drandygalpin5 жыл бұрын
Depends on the supplement, but not creatine or protein. Both are basically 100% safe.

Hey Andy Thx for another vid. And again it depends stuff. It is hard to fight with ppl thinking it's so easy and when they want you to say what to eat or if this works or not etc. The knowledge I gained over 20 years can't be tell in one sentence or word. And how can you guide someone that gave no idea what carbs are or what they do which do what etc. ... Ohh just wanted to share lol. Take Care.

Man your such an inspiration. I have one big question. Is gene therapy legal? Because I heard that by doing gene therapy you can become type 2b fiber dominant which equals extreme speed and explosiveness. I'll do it asap if possible

No.

What about “works in mice” vs “works in humans”? The overwhelming conclusion from human trials is that few of the supplements actually, conclusively work. Still gonna take them, though! 🤣
