👋🏽 that’s very interesting, I hope the medication continues to treat you well. The .25 is very mild. Sometimes side effects present as the medication is stacked or as you step up in the dosing. You should most definitely experience appetite suppression with higher dosing so let me know when it kicks in! Thank you so much for your comment and support!

Another question do you take them all at the same time or different times and do they all have to be taken with food

To make it easier I just take them all at the same time with my first meal. It just helps me to maintain my regimen. I use to split them between day and evening but I found that I would often forget my evening supplements. I prefer to take my vitamins and supplements with my first meal, I find that it’s much easier on my stomach. Also it’s suggested on the label that all the vitamins I spoke about should be taken with a meal even the hair,nail, and skin gummies.

@mixedangel200 Hi, at the .25 I was fine with the powdered fiber. I found that all the powdered fiber pretty much worked the same but it did work extremely well for me. Just make sure you are also drinking plenty of water, it makes a world of difference because it helps move things along.

@Greater_Expectations thank you. I started the Phillip's yesterday. Since I bought them already. I use to take the powder fiber years ago. I will start this Friday and I'm trying to get my water intake up. It's hard when I'm not thirsty and keep peeing! So annoying 🙄.. thank you ☺️

Hi 👋🏽 that’s a great question. The only vitamin I started prior was a multivitamin but I do wish I would’ve started the probiotic weeks prior because my stomach was very upset, partly due to the medication and to changes I had not yet made to my diet. If I had the opportunity to start over knowing what I know now, YES… I would start a consistent vitamin regimen prior to starting Wegovy.

Hi, I haven’t tried a stool softener only the fiber. But perhaps a stool softener may work for you. You may want to confirm with your physician though.
