That’s true I have visit many time in Saltoro village v near to Siachen glacier, even in June-July summer temp is dropped to 4-5C . Our last village is Goma siachen where temp drop to -30C in winter even the river got frozen & trucks moved over it and also have army brigade there, life for common ppl are v harsh due to extreme weather & altitude 🥶
