@@NisarKhan-yx7qf AI tools do have their place, but as with all technology I believe we need to at least understand the range of expected answers, so we can recognise any anomalies. But AI for example can be used to process a set of demand data and product insights and correlations that other forms of analysis might miss. I have tried this myself with simple sets of demand data, and asked a basic question, such as "what insights can you share about this data" (the question is key). The results were really interesting.....
