@paulrobinson36855 жыл бұрын
So much even if a parent obstructs the other parent from seeing their child for no good reason. They deserve support? And you think disability checks can be late bed on and pay support you are crazy!! Most people on disability also have to live on food stamps what then pay support with food stamps!! Just stating facts don't be so quick to to make a comment or judge. Never know the case!! If a parent obstructs s selfish with withholding visitation they not only hurt the other parent but they hurt the child. They don't deserve squat, they can't hang or take care of the child then give the child to the other parent. No parent should be separated more than 50-50 custody unless 1. They physically abuse Child or 2. They sexually abuse the child come up n now!! If father's had more research ghts and then me with their kid they would be supported. This is why I say no support to either parent 50-50 custody and each parent is responsible for the child or children during their custodial time. So easy very simple!! End of story!! Problem solved. If a parent us unable they are unable and need help from their state. Not kept from seeing their child.

I don't understand these men today they don't want to pay child support and don't realize that child need everything he can need even though you asking from the house it doesn't matter that child still need your assistance he need for you to know that you not too far from him or her or them it doesn't matter a child needs both parents whether they living in the house together they need both of them I know I raise money by myself all eight of them by myself God took one of them but I struggle and I look at them now when they try to pick fun at me I didn't drink I didn't use drugs I didn't party I stayed there maybe been some things I did that they didn't like but I supported my children and I didn't ask their father for a quarter not at all

The show is a reenactment, they pull actual cases to base it on, have a script writer polish it up to fit in a time slot, the dialog isn't complete since cases go on and on. But the cases base facts are reenacted and the "judge" is a Texas lawyer that handles high profile custody cases in RL. At the end of each "case" they have a informational thing were she explains legal concepts covered in the episode.

Here in Va. They don't take child support out of SSDI here. If you are on state assistance here. Your only have to pay the minimum of 30 dollars a month.

I use a cane,walker and now a scooter. I am on disability now as my affliction got so bad about 4 years ago that I could no longer work at all. When it first started I had to go from position I was educated and trained for to another where I had to learn from the bottom up. A lot less money but I had a child to care for. In the end I was a front desk supervisor at a hotel and was lucky enough to have employers who worked around my surgeries and disability until I just couldn’t work any longer. My medical problems started in my late 20 and I worked until I was about 56. I live in a rural area so if I could find a job I could work I am sure most people can if they really want to. Most employers can figure out quickly if you give your best or not no matter what disability you may have. Shout out to the Ferguson’s who employed me long after others would not.

Yea cuz we carried the child and risked our lives for that. When that kid comes out it’s the man’s responsibility
@michaeloesterle66525 жыл бұрын
So a man should be bankrupted at your disposal? That child is a profit source for most women. How about real costs brought into the courtroom and proof has to be provided for raising the child and the money taken out of a fund as needed so every penny can be accounted for?
@ohitsmimi0964 жыл бұрын
Evabelle15 lmaoooo I’m a female and I’m here to tell you that you’re ignorant comment means nothing lol both parents have EQUAL rights to that child and both parents are responsible financially for that child. Females like you is what makes the real women look bad.

Evabelle15 so very mother in a two parent household should be a stay at home parent who doesn’t contribute financially? Bring the kid into the world is only part of the responsibility.

My children's father has an older daughter who received child support. He was severely injured on a job and went through a worker's compensation claim/payout after months of being unemployed and forever disabled. Once that settlement was reached, whatever he was banking on was taken by the SFDU and given directly to the other child's mother. We were months behind on our bills and since he was banking on the amount to be big, he was highly upset. It definitely taught me something before I could even review a show like this - bank on yourself and nothing/no one else. We are no longer together, but based off of what I could remember going through on the child support end with him, I decided not to even bother going down that road with him because it literally leads to nowhere. I just chuck it up, suck it up and take care of our children the best way that I know how (clothes on though).

The dad is just as bad if he's letting her. He has no morals either. He was embarrassed when she brought it up. He shouldn't have anything to do with her. She abandoned her child and doesn't care about him/her
@ShaunMAndCrystalS6 ай бұрын
@kimschlehuber4339 tbf to him if she's coming round a couple times a week, he might assume she was going to come back to him until she completely cut him off. Also those few visits a week mightve been when she was spending time with the child too considering she tried to say child was living with the pair of them. She most likely had a lot of her stuff at his place still and has finally moved it all out last week when she cut him off
