I struuuuugle so much with loss. The best i can is be present physically if possible. I’m such an encourager and “always say the right things” but it all disappears with loss. We’re learning though as we grow older because these things are happening now.

absolutely mntase. i am definitely the same, i will be present physically and make sure to help where necessary because at the end of the day, words of affirmation during loss just don’t hit like they are meant to. but i guess it differs with different people. it really is a difficult and sensitive issue to tackle.
