Supported Employment

This video features a local veterinary clinic that carved out jobs for young adults with disabilities to meet both the needs of the clinic and the abilities of the workers.
Supported employment is a path for individuals with significant disabilities to participate in competitive, integrated employment.

Yes I agree that when you have special needs and you are startling a new job the job coach should be with you until you’re comfortable enough to be on your own.
