You are a consistently excellent teacher who’s pose sequences have changed my physical well-being, but it’s your cat’s deep love for you as she climbs onto you over and over throughout the years. She’s so adorable!!!! Thank you for letting her be on camera!!! ❤️❤️🥰🥰❤️❤️

It's rare I keep eyes open much during yin, even with transitions but I have to keep an eye on what Lucy is doing. She's hilarious 😂 that was a fab practice, the twists were excellent and a much needed addition. I think the body needs more twists 🤪😘

I agree - twists are SO helpful and I always want as many as I can get in a practice (my own practice often includes 3-4). Perhaps that's an idea for another class? Thank you for joining us and Lucy says thank you too!

She's so funny...at the end of every single class I practice or film or teach, when I sit up, she just stares into my eyes so intently as if she understands what has changed and that this is a soft moment of reflection. Love her SO much!

Namaste Aprille im grateful for this nice practice deer pose and pigeon is not my favorite ( bursitis in left hip) in twist with support i note or was more easier i love the purring kitty cat 🐹 thats calm down
