Hi I'm going through my decks as well & I'd like to say I just came upon this indie deck I purchased last year : Aging Beautifully by Margaret Manning. It's Beautiful & very well made. Great images & Great description on the other side of the card. Telling you, VERY WELL DONE. I do recommend it. I will be working with this deck this year.

've had the Flow Tarot for over a year now and it's one of my favorite decks! I think it's incredibly clever and beautiful and great for personal and client readings. The images are so 'juicy' 😝🤩 I love to using it like an oracle as well with other tarots, usually Superlunaris. I believe I remember seeing that they are going to make a deck for each element and that earth is next!! Rachel the creator is super nice too. It was out of stock when I wanted it and I messaged them and they restocked a deck just for me! I am so excited to see more people using it and I can't wait to see what you pair with it! Btw, I've found the cards to be prone to scuffing over time so I try to be gentle

I totally get your reservations about the Beautiful Beasts. That is surprising. I did have similar issues with the wooden Tarot and that didn't come with a guide book. I took my time googling Id charts and animals/bones/flowers over a year and now I can link every image to meaning without thinking. So it can be a fun detective adventure if you have time and want to do that, but understand if it's just not for you.

I've really enjoyed this haul video, I've been on the hunt for the Wisdom of Hafiz and now the Love Who YouAre is on the list too :) I had to write keywords on the Sacred Hag too because not all of the cards have a straight forward meaning for me. I used a permanent metallic gold marker by Artline and it looks like it's working...for now ;)

You featured some beautiful decks! The Flow Tarot imagery is just stunning! I see your point on the Beast Tarot with all the animal wings etc. That deck really turned out beautiful. I am surprised that not all the animal names are listed. Maybe if you contacted the deck creator you could at least hand write the animal name in the guidebook?? I bought the Cottage Witch Oracle and Expansion Pack. There are so many cards it makes a really nice sized deck.💜💜💜

I have the Flow Tarot and I must say the card stock might be one of the slipperiest decks I own. And I own a lot. The cards like to fly out everywhere lol. But then I remember it’s a watery flow deck and I think it MIGHT be done on purpose which is kind of cool. 💧💦💧💦💧💦

As a lifelong animals person, that inconsistency in the guidebook of the Beautiful Beasts Tarot is INFURIATING! I'm so glad I didn't back this because not listing all the animals essentially makes the deck unusable and pointless. I love both the Wisdom of Hafiz and the Love Who You Are oracles. Love Who You Are pairs amazingly with the New Palladini Tarot. 💖 I like the Wake Me Up Tarot, but it's $70 and not different enough from This Might Hurt Tarot which I have for me to get it at this time. I'm keeping it on my list though. I AM going to get the Cosmic Cycles Tarot special edition when it comes out later this year, cause PURPLE! 😁 Your explanation of The Flow Tarot has been so helpful! I'm putting it on my list as a possible to-buy. 😊

I would say that the guidebook is written assumptively to women, yeah. It's not so frequent that it bothers me personally, but I could see it being too much for others.

How would you describe the attitude/mannerisms of your Fyodor Pavlov deck? You mentioned it being grown up, but I'm not sure if you meant the art style or if that's how it reads for you. My Fyodor Pavlov deck (also the mass market edition) is very... sassy bi daddy vibes 😂 I cannot put it any other way, he reminds me strongly of Elliot in The Magicians, and identified himself with the King of Swords card. I don't think of decks in a personified way, but this one, it's a definite personality and vibe, so much so that there's no "it" but a "he" and it was immediate. He also demands a bag, I've gotten the fabric to make one, it'll be blue jean on the outside with a silky gold inside, I want it to be a wrap type bag. I haven't made it yet, but I took the box (and cards) with me to Joann Fabrics (a US chain craft store) to pick out the right options so it matches the cards.

I've questioned getting the flow tarot myself I was waiting until she was supposed to release the hard copy of the book though but each time I check it's not there based on her saying it was suppose to be out months ago so not sure about all that. She also said she was doing an all earth on that was suppose to be out this last fall and haven't seen it either so I'm not sure what the delays are about with that. The beautiful beasts tarot I'm not for certain but I believe she wasn't into tarot before she made her first deck or at least she was just an artist and has never said anything about tarot outside of the decks she's made. She was just an artist who paints animals. The new deck she made a new Instagram for because of a different art style. It seems as thoughts learning more but doesn't have that ground work in tarot to make the guide book great. The first deck was really disappointing. It was just animals but didn't actually have anything to do with the actual cards themself just pretty art slapped on a deck and horrible cardstock. I got as newer to tarot when I got it and bought it because it was all purples. She's come a ways but yes I see the let down in the guidebook which was something I was afraid of having followed her work for awhile which is why I didn't buy it because I assumed it wouldn't be as great as it could be. Just got the Sacred hag deck. One cool thing about it is the symbols from each group are combined to make up the whole of the symbol on the backs of the cards. Cool video!!
