Suppressed 458 SOCOM subsonic extreme hollow points are insane!

458 SOCOM is my latest obsession and these subsonic 458 SOCOM hollow points are insane to say the least! 476 grains, shooting 975 feet per second, and delivering about 1,000ft/lbs of energy efficiently to a target is no easy task. Check out how they react to wood, metal, pineapple, and soda can targets. Sound is kept in check with a Silencerco Hybrid 46 suppressor.

Dude this is my second video I watched of yours today and man your content is DOPE!!! I just purchased a 458 socom and I’m trying to study this round as much as possible while I wait on my ammo to deliver (not one box in any gun stores from Wilmington nc to Myrtle beach sc) I have the BCA upper with the PSA lower. Any suggestions before I start shooting??

Thank you! This upper doesn't have an adjustable gas block and running suppressed makes the rifle more gassy.

I have the same upper struggled for weeks trying to fix the problem first trip to the range was a bust 95 percent of the time it jammed, failure to load and extract. Tromix 458 bolt face will solve the ejection problem pricy but worth it. Feeding the round is another problem solution to that was a geissle super42 H3 buffer combo kit I got. Just those 2 solutions alone made my rifle shoot 95% better. Fed my pmags and gi mags good unmodified You can also buy some lancer mags and switch out the follower to a tromix 458 follower that a look also helps.just make sure you keep the rifle clean and you should be good. This is what worked for me and I hope it works for you. Hopefully you can pass on this knowledge so others don’t encounter the problems we encounter
