Suppressor Showdown!!! We shoot through 20 of the top cans, comparison in part 2

We subjectively tested 20 different cans for perceived recoil, tone, volume, group size and point of impact shift.
Using two different 16" .308 rifles we shot a boat load of 168gr Federal Gold Medal Match ammo as a baseline. We will do a follow up video with out official rankings and our thoughts on each Suppressor.
One rifle an Accuracy International AX chassis and a bone stone Remington 700. The other The Fix, by Q.
Two things to correct, The Ultra 5 is obviously made by Thunderbeast not Q. Also We were not able to run all 4 Q cans that we had as our Cherry Bomb was stuck and we forgot a second one.

Hey guys, appreciate the work that went into this but a suggestion - cut out the background music and get rid of the set up/bsing between cans. Hard to get a gauge how each compares with such a gap and noise in between each.

So I bought an ultra 9 when I got my 22-250 but since have picked up an AR15 that I intend to also use it on. Have you tried the ultra 9 with 5.56 or .223? If so how was it?

It’s not bad at all. Great sound suppression. There are definitely better options for gas guns. But it works! And works well. We have been planning to make a gas gun comparison too, life just keeps getting in the way. Soon though

@@10fifty6precision never saw you replied to my comment until going through my emails but am going to follow up anyways haha. I used the ultra 9 on my AR for about 120ish rounds and am getting a huxwrx at some point in the near future. I'm happy with how quiet the ultra 9 is but if you shoot a 30 round magazine, the bolt carrier group looks like you just shot 150 rounds through it and I have to clean it VERY often. I'm sure that's not a surprise to you haha. At the time of my original comment I was (still am) very new to guns and the hunting world so that was a learning experience to say the least lol. Gonna save the thunder beast for my bolt actions.

@@brantleyanderson3427 I’ve got an AB suppressor that is supposed to be flow through. It’s not quite as bad as a regular can but I know what you mean about it being filthy. Huxwrx is the way for gas guns 100%

man, you can’t go wrong with Thunder beast, probably the most robust of the lot. The diligent defense cans are excellent performers. I was honestly surprised and impressed with Q as they were toward the bottom price wise but performed well. I would say the Enticer L will do everything you want at a middle of the road price. You definitely want a bigger can if sound and flash signature is your most important category.

A little of both. The Q cans were 50/50. Thunder beast all have the T brake. Gunwerks has they own adaptee, diligent defense is direct thread.

We had to make a part 2. The video was going to be too long. So the official rankings are on the way but will be in part 2. We had a dead air but couldn’t for the life of us find a 5/8x24 keymo muzzle device. Everything we had was 1/2x28. When we do the gas gun video we will for sure incorporate some dead air cans.
