Pitter patter boys, get after 'er... Just noticed Shane wearing the Letterkenny shirt at the end. Love that show. Tristan, there is at least one V12 Supra that I've seen in person, belongs to a fellow named Mike from the Pac NW area here in the US. It's in a Mk2 that he's had for a long time, and it's definitely no slouch of a car. So very glad to hear that you guys are producing this for us weirdos that like tinkering. My wife loves her 2j, but she also loves Aston Martins. I like Toyota reliability, soooo... there might be another Mk4 with a 1GZ, eventually.

Great live stream, although I did watch it a bit later in the day. 😁 It flowed really well and you're presentation and info was on point. You're a natural at it 👍 Why are Supra parts so expensive? 'Cos the golden rule of sales, leaving all other parameters aside, is "Charge as much as the market can stand.", but I'm sure that's no revelation to anyone.

From the small world of Australian motor sports, you've come a long way, and in less time than many. Everyone starts on YT an amateur at videography- you are learning fast! Opening the dance with a story about an engine considered unattainable in the West, going into one of the most fabled cars Toyota has ever produced- that was epic! The trick is to let the story be told through you and your support people's words and actions.You might try assigning specific areas for tasks and setting up two or more fixed cameras with good to great angles on where the "action" will be, using a limited number of hand held cams and then reshooting for fillers that are written and constructed just to fill or segue into the next thing. FWIW, you and Al at The Skid Factory should go in on fine jars for cursing, or maybe call Joerg Sprave at the Slingshot Channel and ask how his folks are doing negotiating a more transparent and equitable "envelope" with YT. The biz about demonetizing really takes the fun out of it, and makes the many sacrifices harder.

Hey... im just finding this video. Im from Barbados and like wht you are doing with the supra Sorry you got rid of the camry , I found it very interesting. Anyways ii agree with you on the engine swap and as you said if 6 cylinders are good then 12 should be better and i am a die hard toyota enthusiast an i support the any engine can be swapped in a supra ( as long as its not an LS) I appreciate you leeping it toyota keep it up

I had found the series when scrolling through videos aimlessly. The thumbnail caught my eye. When I finished I deemed it necessary to subscribe and turn on the notification bell. I think a kit that is N/A power but utilizes custom cams and retains the VVT-i would be great. As such, increase the rev band and kw/hp. If I remember correctly, the peak power is upper 300hp at about 5.2k and redline is about 5.5k. I suspect the stock cams are setup for torque considering the Century and its intentions, therefore hp and redline aren't very high and it could benefit from cams swap. Head designmay not flow well at high rpm, so aggressive cams may not be needed. Be smart! I'd send over my U.S. monies if a kit gets done, but my intention is for a 91-92 hardtop Mk.III. Considering 2jzs can go in the third gen chassis with out much hassles, then I can imagine that the 1GZ would fit fine too. Besides that, the Stephanie 2nd gen Celica Supra 1GZ on FB shows it's more than possible.

How could you think this is ruined!? I dont understand these people. It has an Toyota engine and its an option Toyota should have given to us. Its an great swap. Id only say its ruined if someone would LS swap one cause LS's are just everywhere. (Id be okay with an LS swap if the engine would blow butvdont rip it out if it would still work)

Argh the price of TRD Speedos is a sore subject. From memory the one on your supra cost around $300... and I also refuse to pay 2-3K for a speedo on mine. So now I pretend mine tops out at 180. 🙄
