Saying "I have a weirdly high first try clear rate" during a boss fight is almost like saying "I can't wait to get back home to my wife and kids." on a battlefield.

This reminded me when I did my infernum playthrough, I had a little over 80% first try kill ratio, but the other 20ish% of fights took anywhere from 2 attempts up to 10. It could be interesting to get another mod for the next playthrough that Rito would do but I'd recommend infernum personally, since for me some bosses were actually easier than on death mode.

SCal got a some good changes. I think the new sprite, quotes, and the even the weapons are pretty cool. Also the new animations are cool as hell.

I feel like Ritto's going to struggle so bad with the adult eidolon worm. Even with endgame gear it's an absolute nightmare to deal with

I find the Shadowspec weapons are usually too strong for it actually, quite a few of them kill him in a few seconds and personally I usually wait to defeat him before crafting anything with them.

Hey just so you know the unlimited combat buff item bypasses some limited potion buffs causing you to do way more damage than usual which is why some bosses felt easier. I tested what the usual damage would be with some melee weapons with same gear and modifiers with all normal potion buffs from calamity and vanilla and i was doing significantly less damage

Gaels Greatsword is a Dark Souls 3 weapon. If you haven't played it yet I'd definitely give it a playthrough or at least watch the Slave Knight Gael Full Fight 🙌 you can see some of the weapon moves that inspired the calamity version

Weapons out mod seems to make dodging Scal bullet hell, because it increases you size visually, making it hard to accurately see where your hitbox actually is.

So uh, burning sky (idk if it was nerfed) + dragon rage/murasama essentially destroys scal (except maybe seekers). ALWAYS SAVE ADRENALINE/RAGE FOR BROTHERS/SEEKERS.

Dragon rage d e s t r o y s thanatos, and the violence weapon is really good for ares if you put your cursor in between 2 of its weapons cos then u do double damage, and since u have gaels greatsword I think that will work well on Artemis and apollo

Violence is really good for Exo Mechs (especially Ares, you can hit two of his arms at once), Burning Sky is decent for twins, and while risky, Dragon Rage melts Thanatos in 5 seconds from full HP to 0 hp. (Of course, you might take a lot of damage). Ark of the Cosmos sucks on all of the exo mechs.
