We live in California and it was comforting to know most people in our communty were carrying at the kids soccer ⚽️ games today at the park while the Sheriff Department was hunting down some criminal in the next town over than ran from them and shot at them... keeping children SAFE is the whole reason people CCW in California... Effectively, you do need a permit to speak your mind. Everything online is attached to your identity, and if you say something someone doesn't want you to say, you'll never get more than about 6 likes. This is even more controlled than radio and TV were. At this point, they already have not only a file, but an AI model that already knows what you're doing, thinking, and going to do or say next.

I don't think Wa is worse than Cali. I moved out of there because it sucks anywhere on the left coast, but I had a class C felony in WA. I easily got my firearms right restored after only a 5-year limit on my rights. Could even conceal carry. Moved to MI. and I could by weapons but denied my conceal carry permit. I'm now getting my felony vacated in order to get my permit. So stupid!

The permit issue is discrimination at its best. The Supreme Court needs to strike down these an institute the rule of carry across the board for all States and possessions. If the states then feel the need for training provide it.

SB2 was a reaction to Bruen which basically said LA and SF need to missus CCW too.... obviously those areas refuse to control their criminal population so Bruen freaked them out... but every where else in CA ignores SB2

AND the parking lot. That's especially problematic! Even -if- someone doesn't bring their weapon in, screw you anyway because this effectively disarms you everywhere because you can't even "comply" by locking it in your vehicle and leaving it outside.

Years ago I went with my family to Disney. No guns are allowed in the parking lot.. 🤔 but they don't do a vehicle search. So, How they going to know? I wouldnt say nothing, and Lock it in a box inside the locked car. A Disney employee on the other hand had to have said something.. he got fired for having a gun locked in the vehicle. Last I heard he was taking it to court.

I live in Washington and our anti gun laws are unconstitutional and ridiculous. We are one of the 50 States that make up the United States of America. The Constitution applies to ALL 50 States. Why are politicians allowed to make unconstitutional laws in the first place? Why is it that the SCOTUS will rule on one State’s laws being unconstitutional while other states can still impose those laws? Why wouldn’t an unconstitutional ruling apply to ALL 50 states? Furthermore, we are a Constitutional Republic. So why are laws that infringe upon our rights be allowed to be put on a ballot, to be voted on by popular opinion? That would only be in a democracy, which we are NOT. Why do States keep getting those SCOTUS rulings overturned in the circuit courts? Why aren’t the politicians who make unconstitutional laws, forced to leave office for violating the Constitution, as the Constitution says they should be?

Even if we win on this en banc appeal, suddenly we will find ourselves up against the "full en banc" with the entire roster of the 9th circuit and there are many (majority) anti 2A activists that will rule unfavorably for us. Happens EVERY time. It's impossible to get a 2A win in that circuit.

Why are they using Hawaii as an example to keep parts of SB.2? Hawaii didn't become a state until 1959, so based on the Bruen decision (time, text, tradition) neither state should have any parts of SB.2 active at all as it has only been an official state of our great union for 65 years. That being said, there is NO History(time), text, or tradition of gun regulation since the ratification of the US Constitution that can/ should be used as an example a state that only became a state after just over half a century. I'm no lawyer but that's how I see this. Am I wrong?
