Chief Athan Achonu can now go back to court and sue INEC. Because in Imo State INEC accepted votes from 5 LGA’s where INEC said on a national television that they won’t be sending any of their staff there to conduct election due to insecurity. Then how come those LGA’s that INEC said election will not take place produced votes that were accepted by the same INEC.
