Brian Kolfage (51 months in prison) Andrew Badolato (36 months in prison); for their respective roles in carrying out a scheme to defraud hundreds of thousands of donors in connection with an online crowdfunding campaign. Bannon skirted the Federal indictment with a pardon by Trump (Abuse of Pardon Power IMO); but was then indicted under State Law that Trump would not be able to pardon; only Federal. Judge Juan Manuel Merchan is presiding over Bannon's case.
