Sir sadar namashte.. ek baat samjh me nahi aayi , ager delhi highcourt ne sentence suspend ka order kr diya aur sc ne bhi yahi mana to fir uss se 15lack Rs kyo dene pare....suspend ka kya means hai yaha pr?

It is a, weird interpretation that when appeal is granted for hearing conviction remains but sentence gets suspended whereas sentence has direct link with conviction. Thus both should have remained under suspension.. Appeal grant for hearing of course, should not guarantee bail based on crime committed but on the other, delay in disposing appeal may create such opportunity. In fact, no enforcement of conviction and sentence especially in first appeal has made such confusion. And it would remain
