Judge Koen is an excellent judge no pun indeed better Judge Maya more the best the former CJ Zondo they can learn from him including that rude judge Ratha. His flaws in life is failure of the transformation of blacks an black women in particular. He is excellent and this was the best interview in all the judges that have been interviewed. Well prepared. Meh Breytenbach tried to blame him for delays due to his recusal on the former President matter and he put her on the naughty nicely and dealt with swiftly. He deserves the appointment and of course he needs to improve on transformation. When appointed this needs to be his KPA

It is her duty in her capacity as a CJ to reflect on aspects and issues that stand out from the candidate's file in front of her. A compliment or a misfit in the candidate's file must be raised out to the floor for every commissioner to say a word or two. This is done in the interests of justice, fairness and transparency.
