The Chief Justice needs to clean up the corrupt court system in the SCA. The court is allowing elderly abusers to file appeal after appeal overriding the High court. Apparently I tried doing the right thing, hired a lawyer to fight to get my 80 year old dad after he was forced out of his house by his abuser, his daughter, whom he was trying to help, back into his house that he worked for all his life. I am still fighting because the abuser doesn't appear on her court dates or doesn't file the proper documentation, and gets extension after extension. It has been 4 years with no end in sight!!!
