The question posed by CJ on Ndlovu's case is very helpful for the better understanding to all lawyers concerning the issue of liability, he (CJ) may have appeared to be cross examining Justice XM Perse but the whole exchange enlightened me legally...or academically...1/4/2024

This is another good point raised by CJ , as he then was, that litigation is very expensive and because of that injustice to the poor just keep on playing themselves out, I hope the powers to be should do something about it...sometimes the Constitution is clearly violated but the "Victims" do not have any recourse...1/4/2024

The 1st time I saw him in action (High Court) at Mthatha it was around March 2007 when he was doing the case of Murder and robbery plus possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunition S v Memani & Others...he finalised that case early December 2009....and all Guilty and a stiff sentence was imposed...In that case he struck me as a fair, firm and knowledgeable judge...he could explain legal principles with clarity that leaves no room for second thought...31/3/2024

Ms Thoko Didiza I suspect she is a lawyer the way she speaks and quotes the law accurately and appeared to have read the Maledu judgment thoroughly..... Anyone who knows her qualifications??? 31/3/2024
