Common people of India would like to ask the chief justice one & only one question ! Should the court be carrying on such theoretical issues when millions of pending cases are lying in different courts- including the supreme court. It is a blatant waste of time and money. And mockery of the principle - easy & quick judicial settlement for the people.

The CJI should take cognizance of this and clear all the pending cases where lakhs of people are waiting for justice. People like Kapil sibbal who simply file petitions on flimsy grounds every now and then should be penalized. Article 370 and 35A was abolished by majority vote in the parliament . The country is run by the government chosen by the people not by the supreme court.
