Article 25 says freedom of conscience ,freedom to practice religion,freedom to profess religion is guuarnteed but restriction of subject to public order and Morality. Of course what is morality and what is conscience is not defined Now hadeesh of islam is that who ever leaves islam is to be killed,murtad ki saza maut as per haddesh in inslam So now my question is islamic scripture against freedom of conscience of article 25 as it's not moral to kill someone if he just leaves islam as per thier books Hence islam should not be allowed to be propogated or allowed to be propogated. I do not know the answer as of now but need to do research on it.

the entire j&k including the pok and akshai chin is an integral part of India. Art 370 didn't exist in accordance to the soul of the soul of the constitution. Art 370 was blatant violation of the term sovereignty enshrined in the preamble of India. And Art 370& 35 A though incompatible with constitution still just for the ulterior motif of fishing in the disturbed water the erstwhile governments kept Art 370 alive.

Other judges should also order SG and ask to STOP interruptions since CJI is too weak to demonstrate his firmness and power. This CJI is not fit to lead the SC. He is TOO WEAK.
