They should create an App to require permission from the user to allow specific information that is requested. If we have the ability to OK or Not allow the requested information, we would quickly find out who is misusing the apps. As it stands permissions are too broad and we don't know where it is going.

Why are individuals not allowed to share their own information? I mean are they unable to have websites next, are they unable to travel there? There is plenty of publicly available government information which I'd assume is much more interesting to foreign intelligence.
