Is Assam not a part of India? Why if other states in India have the cutoff date of 1951 but only Assam 1971? Is Assam is a dustbin? Its vry disturbing Judgement by SC. Didn't expect such judgement. If Assam is a part of India then we too need the same cutoff date which is 1951.
