This will be an interesting test of the Constitution. Article Two, Section 3, Clause 5 clearly states that the president "take care that the laws be faithfully executed." This clause in the Constitution imposes a duty on the president to enforce the laws of the United States and is called the Take Care Clause. It is meant to ensure that a law is faithfully executed by the president even if he disagrees with the purpose of that law. Biden might be able to get away with claiming that since the law comes into effect the day before he leaves office there wouldn't be enough time to do anything about it. Trump will not have that luxury.

As a Canadian what the hell do I do to save all the videos in my reposts and folders if I’m potentially dealing with millions of Americans going dark? Like, come on…my recipes and my art folders 😢😢😢😢 as an artist the community did save me and it feels so invasive to strike it down. Isn’t this like an attack on free speech? and that’s just the more indulgent part of the app, meanwhile there’s people with whole business models and networking that you’re screwing over with this. That shaky economy is going to blow a gasket now. Whew. This just encourages the American public to distrust their government imo. No good will left. It’s an overreach and it just makes everyone paranoid and potential data hoarders, putting things on hard drives because they can’t count on anything else.
