Lady, you have managed to make us believe in a TACO SALAD GOD! Your video was , and still is, the food video we have ever seen and currently gathering the ingredients to make your delicious take on how a taco salad should be made. We are, admittedly, adding homemade refried beans to it. Your obvious elegance and grace definitely showed through your voice which gave us caveman true hope that this recipe was going to be a winner. You will always be invited to our kitchen!

Not bad, but laying hot meat on lettuce causes the latter to wilt and become icky. I don't recommend it, at least not until the meat has cooled down a bit.
