I remember buying a Motown album for my dad when I was a teenager thinking he’d love this as a birthday present (found out he was more into jazz and Barry white! 😂) but I took that album and listened to all the track listings. This was one of the songs I had on repeat! Just a 16 yr old in 2001 singing along to great classics - this song still gives me goosebumps! ❤

I'm 73 years old Diane Mary and Florence later Cindy they were The Supremes they were number one they all had beautiful voices and could have been the lead singer but Diane took them to the top if Florence would have lived she would have still been a big singing star and Mary went ahead with her own career ladies thanks for the music

My God in Heaven, Miss Ross gave this song 100000 % of herself. She sang it with everything she had inside at that moment. You could tell she FELT what she was singing. An amazing performance.

"My world is empty without you to say. " I always say the music of the 50s, 60s 70s and up to some parts of 90s are the best music of all times.

Flo and Mary vocals compliment each other so harmoniously. Their voices add such a fullness to the music and lyric.

This is THE BEST. Motown brought so much to us. I live in New York City, and remember this song being played all over. I was on the subway, it was so beautiful, they had a transistor radio and three African American young ladies danced like professionals. What GREAT MUSIC. They do not make music like this anymore. What I hated about The Supremes video's is that they never gave Flo and Mary much attention to the camera's as did to Diana they gave 95 percent of the view. Flo and Mary were amazing singers just as much and the camera's should have given them as much exposure.

Diana, Mary, and Florence were so astonishing I didn't even notice that orchestra behind them wasn't even playing a single note. They didn't even try to pretend, they just sat there frozen lmfao! But the girls gave a *STUNNING* performance.
