I have two loads on mine, one for the pump and one for the heater. Is there a way to control them individually in the App?

How do you wire this thing ? What came in the box is a white jumper and a black jumper . Then I have a red wire coming from my circuit box on one Romex line and the other has a green (ground) black and white . 4 wires total . Where do they go ? Thanks !!!

This works!!! The wiring schematic included in the box does not read like this. I even had an electrician friend double check me on the paper diagram. Follow this one instead!

where does neutral wire hook up with 220v?
@richhooker1263 Жыл бұрын
@@cdurance1 there is no neutral wire on a 220/240volt circuit. On the line side or at the load. This is what i don’t understand. The video has the wiring diagram clearly labeled 240 volt. The first set of 240volt diagrams seems right but then on the info pic with labeled wires, it shows a 120 volt wiring circuit using neutral wires.

I am interested in using 3 of these timers/controllers - for the pool main pump, pool sweep pump and the heater. Will the app support controlling 3 devices concurrently? Does each device has a unique ID that the app can detect so that 3 of them can be independently controlled via the app?

What is the difference between the two models? Thanks
@suraielec77542 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your question. The difference between UBTW01A and UBTW01B is the door. UBTW01B has a solid door and UBTW01A has a translucent door through which you can see the indicator. Please feel free to let us know if you have more questions. Best regards, support@suraielec.com Suraielec Customer Service

@djlightdjlightfighterdarkf8947 yo can you help me? I got the timer powered but no power to my heater or pump. It's 240v and pump has 2 black cables with ground and heater has 2 white cables with ground.

My electrician is having a very difficult time getting this timer to work. This is now the second one I've purchased and still after many hours still can't get it to work. The instructions are included and we've seen this video. Still not working. This has become very expensive. Just like the video we are replacing an Intermatic timer and everything works, just wanted it to be on Wi-Fi and controlled from the app. This has become very expensive. Is there a technical support phone number we can call and speak to someone? Thanks

NOT HARD AT ALL YOU HAVE 2 120V feed or HOTS. BLACK. that goes to COM1 and COM2 these should be comming off your breaker. jump COM1 and COM2 to the 2 screw block L and N the two free should be N1 and N2 those are for your 240 LOAD so your pump or Heater wires on the timer the 1 and 3 terminals were your hots and the 2 and 4 were the LOAD to you PUMP or HEATER ping me if you have questions its super easy to set up
