Chana dal Mamna nu Sak Recipe :-
Ingredients for Mamna :-
1 cup Chana dal (5 hour soaked)
1/2 cup Chopped Coriander
10 to 12 Fresh Mint Leaves (optional)
3pc Big size Onion
1pc Small Size Potato
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1+1/2 tsp Green Chilli paste
1 Tbsp Dry Coconut Bura
1/2 Tbsp White Till (Sesame seeds)
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/2 tsp Garam Masalo
1/2 tsp Coriander and Cumin seeds powder
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
1+1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt as taste & Oil
Ingredients for Chana dal Mamna nu Sak :-
1pc Medium size Potato
2pc Big size Tomato
2pc Big size Onion
1/4 cup Chopped Coriander
1 tsp Green Chilli paste
1 tsp Ginger, Garlic Paste
2pc Star Anise
5pc Long (Cloves)
2pc Dal Chini, 2pc Cinnamon stick
2pc Bay Leaf
1 tsp White Till (Sesame seeds)
1 Tbsp Dry Coconut Bura
1 Tbsp Melon seeds
1/2 tsp Jeeru (Cumin seeds)
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/2 tsp Coriander and Cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric)
1/2 Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1pc Medium size Sweet Corn, cut in small piece and Boiled
1/2 tsp Garam Masalo
