Friends, today I am sharing Surat Famous Randeri Aloo Puri Recipe | સુરત ફેમસ રાંદેરી આલુ પૂરી ની રેસીપી. This is Surat famous street food in which small size puris are stuffed with ragdo and spicy kokum chutney with sev, chivda and cheese. This super combo makes it amazingly tasty street food for which people crave too often. I hope you would love this unique recipe to try at home.

INGREDIENTS:
RAGDO
½ cup Matar, मटर
2 nos. Potatoes, आलू
1 glass Water, पानी
¼ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
½ tsp Salt, नमक
3 tsp Oil, तेल
½ tsp Cumin, जीरा
⅛ tsp Hing, हिंग
1 tsp Chopped Green Chilies, हरी मिर्च
1 tsp Chopped Ginger, अदरक
¾ tsp Garam Masala, गरम मसाला
Half Lemon, निम्बू
Chopped Coriander, हरा धनिया
PURI
¾ cup All purpose flour, मैदा
½ tsp Salt, नमक
1 tsp Oil, तेल
KOKUM CHUTNEY
25 grams Kokum, कोकम
½ cup Jaggery, गुड
1 tsp Salt, नमक
1 tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
1 tsp Coriander-Cumin, धनिया-जीरा
½ tsp Cumin, जीरा
1 cup Water, पानी
Green Chutney, ग्रीन चटनी
Kokum Chutney, कोकम चटनी
Chopped Onion, प्याज
Besan Sev, बेसन सेव
Cheese, चीज़
