Watching this a year later... Have been prepping for this extremely important examination for post-graduation (I'm a doctor).... And the amount of pent up energy I have right now, can be used for making a nuclear weapon I feel. The importance of something productive only comes when you go through that path of boredom... But anxiety is something u can't keep calm or do one work or focus on that work. See if u wanna stuff food in Mouth then anxiety won't let u. Its like something there is running in ur head and u can't focus on food or tv but just can't help but think of stuff which is going bad ....Anxiety increases breathing problems, heartbeats increase , shivering whole body, sweating , cold feet and hands, Mind out of control and u cry. This time I can't focus on food as am shivering and having fast heartbeats. That's just u being sad and wanna get out then fine.
