@@qtheband751 I think that although that era ("Dynasty" through "The Elder") Paul and Gene were trying to write more "adult" songs and get away from the "Rock N Roll All Night" kinds of anthems, and essentially - for those of us who were kids at the time, we didn't appreciate this material because KISS was evolving faster than we were. I hated "The Elder" when it came out. Now, I can go back listen to it and holy shit there is some amazing material on that record!! Listen to "I Am Just a Boy!" Even better, check this out. EFFIN' AMAZING cover of one of my favorite Kiss tunes, from one of the BEST Kiss albums! I was 11 when this song was released. Dad took me to my 6th Kiss concert... saw them twice that year 1979. Es el tipo de voz, de tono que siempre está on point, afinadísimo, imprimiéndole matices maravillosos a los temas y una pasión que me encanta. No me canso nunca de escucharlo. No me sucede lo mismo con una de las chicas que, en los últimos temas que estuvo de vocalista, gritó tanto que me resultó difícil escucharla más de una vez. Muchas veces caen en el error, en mi opinión, de confundir gritos y agudos con "cantar bien". Aplausos para Daniel Lopresto!
