Cool, I’m thinking about buying this because of the convenience of not needing to tether it to a wall outlet. Plus unless you have unusable tap water like I do, there is no need to give your pets filtered water. Unfortunately for a lot of those water fountains they don’t function properly without the expensive filter.

@@DisDutch just came in the mail today. Cats took to it immediately even though they were using a fountain before. Thanks for the video and review. Definitely what I was looking for since one of my cats has had a history of struvite crystals.

Is the area that connects the bottle to the bowl easy to clean or does it look like it will get gunky?

Our experience is that it's really easy! You take the bottle off and rinse it. That's it. Maybe some cats will be more dirtier then others?

I own several Sure Petcare products and more recently the tech support and customer service has completely dipped. It takes wowed for someone to get back to you, then begins endless troubleshooting for devices that should be replaced and are clearly faulty.
