Has the surecolor water based ink? As far as I know, HP latex comes out ready to laminate, 100% dry.

hans Calderon 70% 0f the ink is a water carrier for the latex inks. In my experience the hp consumes more than twice the inks compare to eco solvent.

Productivity includes the finished product. How long does the Epson need to cure before it can be laminated or applied to substrate?

Even before you cut the vinyl from the printer the inks have clearly dry and your job is ready for laminating.

Does Epson claim it's ready to be laminated immediately after printing? Because the latest I saw from them officially is 4 hours of curing.

Hello, Unfortunately I'm an owner of the printer Latex Hp 570 and I must admit that it is the worst printer that I've ever had in 18 years working this job. I already had two Latex printers 2550 and 2650 which were much better than Latex 570. I've bought it to impruve and speed up printing but it just can't print more than 12m2/hr of usable quality (although is stated 23m2/hr). If you want to print in faster mode passes are visible. The other problems with it are bad vacuum which causes wrinkles of the media what than causes printhead carriage jam. That mostly destroys at least one printhead. While printer still was under the warranty I complained to local dealer (gold dealer for my area) but they've just changed touch display and the yellow colour pump which also broke down. I also tried to complain directly to Hp but they've refused to help because they claim that Latex 570 is a „perfect printer“. I’m just unsatisfied user who writes all this hoping to help others not to do the same mistake buying this printer. Best regards

If you had a 1371mm roll of adhesive vinyl, how much in meters can your print in an hour? would you say roughly 6/7 meters or something like that?
