I bought a used driver recently, still newer than my 20yr old HiBore. Out of the 3 heads to choose from I was wanting the middle option, but, none to be found in my price range. Definitely didn't want the draw bias option. I do have a very reasonable swing speed, so I went with the LS option and figured that I'll just have to work on my consistency to go with my speed. Practice makes better, not so much the club head.

Think people have already mentioned that ping made 10k drivers since g400 max. Love mine. And still seeing quite a few local pros rocking the old g400 max. Also just heard apparently there’s a saying ‘if you can’t swing it, Ping it’ 😂

I needed to see this video. I'm struggling with a slice, I would correct it at the range, and as soon as I get to the course, a big old slice would happen. Saw another video about 10k forgiveness and was about to start saving. You saved me from an expensive mistake 🙏

Another informative video instead of pushing latest is greatest. Have hit most of the new stuff and keep a ping g25 in the bag still bc it finds fairways and is only about 5yds shorter than newest models

Brilliant approach, I am not good enough to spend stupid money on new clubs. I generally buy all my clubs from callaway pretender and am usually 1 or 2 generations old. Although maybe someday I will deserve a custom fitted set. Lol😂

simon the new tour edge e725 where do you go to get fitted in the uk as so far all i find is usa based shipping which removes the fitting process buddy i have been looking since your video landed with no luck

Some American golf stores will have it for fitting end of January just spoke to the trafford centre store and they'll have demo heads by then

I love you being a realist, because I have zero expectations with my game at certain moments, like every other club golfer, but I believe you might of just taken the wind out of ego maniac sails , lol. That said, I'm all for it because I know I'm never going to swing like Rory in in that case you. Lol I'll stay with my cobra F9 sppedback with a purple Oban shaft I got fitted for ,at 44 3/4 lenth 9 degree head, heavy wieght in the back of course, not enough swing speed to be up front, and I'm a hugh over spender of golf equipment, I fall for the newest shinny object, but I haven't found a driver that can give me what I'm looking for like the Cobra that's, idk 6 years ago released. 1 thousand bucks out the door from club champion in New York. Boy was I pissed when I left that store, but I would thank that fitter right now if I could find him lol.

I think forgiveness in a driver is a load of bollox. No driver will ever stop you slicing or hooking the ball. I was a prolific slicer with my Pink G430 which I bought brand new fitted and didn't stop slicing the ball at all until I had some lessons and had help with me swing

Forgiveness is more about retaining ball speed on hits across the peripheral edges of the club face. Minimizing a slice is more about an inbuilt closed club face like Ping SFT or similar.

Forgiveness is about off-centre contact on the clubface, not about curing your slice which you'll need to do yourself.

They’ve made great stuff for years , but because they’re not one of the big boys , get overlooked , I’ve tried loads of their stuff , and it’s as good as anything , bargain 2nd hand

Because it’s a new release and TE dictates when the videos can release. Just like every other OEM. There’s nothing else that’s been released recently so the reviewers have limited options.

You’re leaving out one other factor. Golf between the ears. If in your mind if you feel as if a 10K driver helps even a little bit, we’ll that bit of confidence can slow you down and remove anxiety and tension. 🤷🏻‍♂️ie: maybe straighter shots. Golf is so much an attitude and mental thing it’s scary.
