I used to repair these game pc boards cause the player's snowboarder would freeze as it came out of the chopper at the start of the game. Had to replace a simple 16 leg logic chip. I got hooked on it and luved the music, Dover, Loli Jackson, and became a master snowboarder. Every morning before starting work I shred thru the set, for about 4 months everyday and then after work a couple of times. A helpful hint is to start with Expert, gave more time to finish if needed then work down to Easy.

For some reason the swimming pool by my house had a few arcade games in the front waiting area. I remember this one and street fighter Alpha 3. My parents would always give me 75 cents to play a couple rounds after swimming lessons. Good times!!

I've found it! This song has haunted my memories since I was eighteen, but I couldn't remember the name or the lyrics of the song, nor the name of the arcade game. I used to play this game in the back of Club Metro, the only night club on 32nd St. Naval Station, San Diego. But I could never beat it, didn't matter how much time or money I threw at it. I remember the hommies and I would always thoroughly pregame at Club Metro before pub crawling downtown, or club hopping in Tijuana. Man, I miss those days!

On the select screen, the game already spoiled the "secret" ride just by puting it there but the game still calls it a "secret" ride like it is not on the select screen until you beat all the levels.

The thing is... it's actually really secret. It's not until you finish the first three levels that the 'Secret Ride' it's revealed as 'Lake Tahoe Resort'. They don't mean that the stage is secret, but that the location is. Silly, yeah, but it was the late 90's :)
