This easy and delicious surf and turf recipe will hit the spot every time! Try it the next time you're celebrating a special occasion or simply treat yourself to a next-level weeknight meal.

💨Ingredients:
Lobster Tails
Bone-In Ribeye Steak
16 Mesh Course Black Pepper
Kosher Salt
🦞Lobster Butter:
Lemon Juice
Seafood Seasoning of Choice
Chopped Garlic
Parsley
🔥 Pellet Smoker Setup: Setting up your pellet grill for this Surf and Turf recipe is super easy! We'll show you exactly how to prep your pellet grill so you can throw down with confidence!
First, fill up your hopper with a quality pellet blend. We recommend Pit Boss pellets because they're made with 100% All-Natural Hardwood, and never contain any fillers, flavor oils, or binders. The Pit Boss Competition Blend pellets are a great option for this cook because of the blend's versatility and classic smoky flavor.
Next. Remove the top grill racks from your pellet grill. All of the action in this recipe will take place on the bottom rack, so removing the top rack will give you more space to maneuver your proteins.
Finally, turn your grill on and allow it to preheat with the lid open! It's that easy!
👨‍🍳 Cooking Process: In this Backyard Bosses episode, we'll show you exactly how to make a perfectly cooked bone-in ribeye, and buttery lobster tails on your Pit Boss Grill.
First, season your bone-in ribeye. For this recipe, we're going to go in with 16 mesh course black pepper and kosher salt. Make sure to season the steak on all sides before placing the steak directly on the bottom grill grates of your grill.
Next, prep your Lobster butter by combining butter, lemon juice, parsley, chopped garlic, and your choice of seafood seasoning in a grill-safe container. Place the butter mixture on the grill and allow it to melt completely.
Then, prep your lobster tails by splitting them in half using a heavy, sharp knife. Once your lobster tails are split, place them on a baking sheet.
Once your Ribeye has reached the correct internal temperature, remove it from the grill, and crank up the temperature up to 500°F. Then, get your lobster tails on the grill and brush them with the melted butter mixture.
Next, open the sear plate and sear the ribeye on all sides over the open flame. Repeat the searing process with the lobster tails, then remove your surf and turf from the grill. Allow to rest before slicing in.
🔥 Smoking Time & Temperature: Smoke at 225 °F until your ribeye reaches an internal temperature of 115°F. Then, crank the grill temperature up to 500°F.

The 16 mesh black pepper and kosher salt perfectly complement the ribeye and the homemade butter mixture takes the lobster tails to the next level.
