Surfaces, Tangent Lines, and Partial Derivatives

In this video we are given a surface, a point, and a vertical plane. We're asked to find the equation of the tangent to the trace of the surface in the vertical plane passing through the point.
We find partial y, evaluate it, and then use it as the slope as we write the equation of the tangent line.
