Surfair: 'Uber of the skies'

Smartphone apps and websites are changing the way we hire taxis, but for those who can afford it, several companies are now offering the ability to travel by private plane with the push of a button or the click of a mouse. BBC Click's Marc Cieslak tests out Surfair described as Uber for the skies.

As much as I'd love to see this in Europe, Europe has one problem: too few airports. In the US you an airport every few miles in densely populated areas (basically) and they are cheap to use for airlines however in Europe you have major hubs and only few small airports close to big cities (at least outside of the UK). Hubs are a lot more expensive and this service wouldn't quite work out

FALSE...Surf Air does not operate their own aircraft. Crowded 8 passengers with no real lavatory, single-engine plane. Real movie stars usually use jets. Look at gulfstarair dot com
