Reefs. That's one thing that stood out for me when I was in Maui. I thought that since I was a good distance from shore, the water should be deep. But looking down, I just see the reef below. It's always there.

I love your channel. I woke up in the morning and saw this in my KZbin feed. It’s an amazing video. I used to live in Waikiki 20 years ago. Then when I saw that you speak Japanese I had to subscribe. I love the video where you’re going around to the surf shops doing videos. Keep up the awesome work. Subbed for sure!
Music is dope. Went out for some surf yesterday n my arms n upper body feelin it since i hadn’t been out in months. Come down to maui n hit up some of the spots

We would love too, we know one girl from Maui that's a regular at publics (she's pretty busy working) but it would be great to have a local Maui long boarder girl willing to drive us from the airport to the break so we could film her surfing there 😊🌺🌈✌🏽... it will happen we just have to make the connections first. Aloha🌺

There's no place in this world that calls me more than O'ahu, in its simplest form you've captured paradise on earth, just amazing! Hope to return for a few weeks in Sep., Oct., none of my family have longboards, so I'll either have to rent, or be happy enough just bodyboarding "the wall". Aloha!
@revealhawaiimedia8082 жыл бұрын
Awesome, yes renting them is so convenient, hope you enjoy the surf!

Love it... your team is the best. I also like Koa Rothman and Nathan Florence videos but your videos capture the true spirit of longboarding. I ride a 9" and 9'-6" in Santa Cruz not quite as good as Hawaii...
@calsurflance55982 жыл бұрын
I also ride a 9’6” , and love Santa Cruz. On a good day, Cowells is an almost perfect long board wave. But you have to weave around sooo many people it can get frustrating. At Waikiki , I rent a 10’6” , or even an 11’. The wave face is flatter so a longer board seems to work better. It’s a long paddle out but worth it! And no wet suits!👍🏄♂️

Mahalo Thomas, it's just my husband and I filming and producing these videos but we make a great team. He has great vision with film production but I go for the beauty, softness, and all things cute 🤗 you see in these videos. We are also big fans of J.O.B, Nathan Florence, and Koa Rothman "Makua for city council!" We can't match the production of their awesome videographers so we will continue to focus our videos on capturing the beauty of surfing in Hawaii as well as all the surfers that happen to be in the right place at the right time for us to shoot even if they are falling in slow motion 😂 Mahalo for your comment 😊
@revealhawaiimedia8082 жыл бұрын
@@calsurflance5598 Absolutely, we have so many boards but for some reason we use 9'6 90 percent of the time 😆 We shouldn't take Hawaii's water temperature for granted, I know how cold surfing Huntington Beach and Hokkaido is 🥶

The water color changes even when it's clear like this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6S7pWyer9J4qJY we filmed before the water is a lighter color and we didn't color grade this either.

Sure, 90 years in the making. That's how long mass tourism has been using this beach with waterproof sunscreens introduced in the late 70s
@a-cosmic-clown2 жыл бұрын
@@oahuforjustice Agreed + wild military spending, some of the most polluting agents on earth come off those bases, largest consumer of dirty fuel in the world is the US military, then u got all the dipshits with forever chemicals, added to a mix of Japanese consumption and the American uber me-first mentalities standing on the reef-head and blasting diesel in their spewing watercraft. I've seen this kind of destruction from the wester pac down to the solomons. How do we get the right policy, we put zero funding into saving critical ecosystems, but if u want to design a weapon system to go battle goat herders, u can get 100s of millions in funding.
