Rocking the old school hiltler mustache. Haven’t seen that for a while but old fashion’s always come back around.

Just curious which day was this?? I’m local, surfed every day of Debbie, and Mondays when the wind changed to offshore towards evening I remember
@straightsouth5 ай бұрын
Whats up! This was Tuesday of the Debbie swell! Definitely a challenging swell in terms of trying to figure out if and where it was going to produce good surf. Even though we use a lot more than surfline, I just remember checking it frequently and they never had the size above 1-2ft anywhere on the east coast for the whole swell lol
@sunnydeshpande26455 ай бұрын
@@straightsouthOh yeah after that offshore switch though it died down super fast on tuesday. Monday caught a few 8 foot waves right in Daytona beach, but Tuesday and Wednesday went flat immediately. Def a tricky storm to track. I think Surfline said 2-3ft+ Monday tho 😂 Anyways enjoy Ernesto! Supposed to be super good in the coming days

@@straightsouth yeah I knew it was a lot of footage I’m just frothing. Glad I got to see a couple big air reverses landed from the water. I saw one from the front and one over the back of the wave which was awesome.

Alabama is a zone we’ve always wanted to score! Hope you got some fun ones, this was just some no name sandbar in North Florida!Luke used to live up there and knows the area so he put us in the zone.

No matter how you slice it, tough being a surfer in both our regions haha We do have more swell exposure so that helps for sure!
